Brighton announce pre-season schedule

Greer, Zamora and Calderon leave Brighton
It is a sad day as Brighton and Hove Albion have announced the release of three club legends in amongst the five players not being offered new contracts. It's goodbye to Gordon Greer, Inigo Calderon and Bobby Zamora. Thanks for the memories.

Skalak named in provisional Czech squad for Euro 2016

Chris Hughton signs new four year deal
Is this the most important signing of the summer? Chris Hughton has put pen to paper on a new four year deal to remain as Brighton and Hove Albion manager until 2020. His previous contract ran out in 2018. Now, to the Premier League please Chris.
Albion Images - Brighton v Sheffield Wednesday
Despite dominating the first half at a raucous Amex, Brighton were only able to draw 1-1 with Sheffield Wednesday through Lewis Dunk's goal as The Owls secured a play off final spot at Wembley 3-1 on aggregate. We've got some photos of a memorable night.
Chris Hughton named Manager of the Season
Chris Hughton's work in taking Brighton from the brink of relegation to two goals from the Premier League has been recognised by his fellow managers who have voted him the LMA Championship Manager of the Season. For his next trick, he will be turning water into wine.
Albion Images - Sheffield Wednesday v Brighton
Brighton suffered a barely believable four injuries to finish with 10 men as Sheffield Wednesday secured a 2-0 play off first leg victory over the Albion at a packed Hillsborough. We took a bumper 21 photos of a disappointing night in Sheffield.
