Bloody El-Abd. Albion were quite good this afternoon to be honest, but El-Abd can only be described as a fucking idiot after his tackle shortly before half time was deemed a red card offence by an absolute numpty of a referee.

Bennett went to right back, and frankly looks bloody brilliant, which was encouraging I suppose. Dickinson was really lively as well, but we never really created the chances to win the game.

I can’t really be arsed to write a full report because I’m so so so pissed off with Adam fucking El-Abd.

ARGH. One day, we might actually win a few games at Withdean
