Following the news on Sunday afternoon about the sacking of Russell Slade, we hastily arranged to do an Albion Moan-In podcast that very same evening.

The show of course wrote itself, everyone seems to have an opinion when a manager has been sacked. For this show we asked Ian Hart to join us during the broadcast. Ian has not been heard from much since he gave up his spot behind the microphone on the BBC Sussex Fans Phone-in. It was great to hear his opinion on the events at the club.

The reaction from the supporters on the phones and via email were mixed, some were pleased to see Russell go, others felt he deserved more time. Many were blaming the players, saying they had let the manager down.

The best call of the night came from Gangster Al who treated us to a bit of ‘World In Motion’ That man is full of surprises!
