Coppell says NO
…bugger.
Personally, the fact that he’s said no means I’m now a little pissed off that Slade has been sacked. I naively assumed Slade getting the chop meant his replacement was almost a certainty. But evidently not.
If Coppell says no, I can only assume Curbishley will do the same. And that leaves that far from inspiring candidates of Cotterill, Tilson, and Dennis “poison dwarf” Wise.
It’s early days, but at this stage, it looks like Tony Bloom has made a right balls up of his first big decision as Albion manager. I hope i’m proved wrong…
