What’s good on YOUTUBE (3)
Right – bit of a mixed bag this week. First, this video needs to be included, as it features 80′s Albion star Hans Kraay.
Basically, we like this because I imagine Kraay ticked all “flair” boxes during his time at the club. God knows what they are actually talking about though, although it’s the Albion apparently. Can anyone translate?
Ok, so you want something a little bit more interesting than that, don’t you?
Well, here’s a compilation of EVERY Bobby Zamora goal for the Albion. And guess what? It’s been put together by We are Brighton’s very own Scotty Mac. Check it out. And while you’re at it, check out our video section with others videos put together by Scott and the team, including crowd scenes from Elphick’s goal at Villa park, The Goldstone Rap, and the unforgettable “That’s Zamora”. Go here.
On Saturday we travel to Brisbane Road to face Leyton Orient. Hopefully it will be better than the Boxing Day fixture. And hopefully the scoreline will be better than this 3-2 defeat in the 92/93 season. However, these are cracking retro Highlights, and the Albion show impressive ability to score twice in two minutes with two free kicks taking nowhere near the place of the offence, much to the horror of the commentator. Bizarre indeed:
Ok, not strictly an Albion video, but interesting to see that Glenn Murray does have pace:
This is another classic. TV build up to the FA Cup final in 1983:
And finally, a quite unusual mix of Sussex by the Sea and Fatboy Slim, during “Beach Boutique 4″ on New Years Day a few years back, as some of us were watching a Wayne Henderson howler at Dean Court:
That’s all for now.
