Will Hoskins Set For AFC Bournemouth Transfer?
Brighton and Hove Albion striker Will Hoskins is being lined up for a transfer to League 1 side AFC Bournemouth after the Albion reportedly accepted a bid for the 25 year old striker - who only joined the Seagulls in the Summer after leaving relegated Bristol Rovers for £500,000
Hoskins has been plagued by injury thus far in his Albion career, managing 1 goal in 8 appearances. If he chooses to move along the South Coast he’ll be linking up with former Albion defender Steve Cook who joined the Cherries at the start of the month.
Bournemouth’s interest in Hoskins comes after several failed attempts to sign Crawley Town’s Matt Tubbs.
If the approach is genuine, it would remain to be seen if Hoskins will choose to drop down a division as his first team opportunities at Brighton do look pretty good if he can maintain a long period of fitness. However, Hoskins may opt to leave if he knows he’ll be fighting for a place in the starting XI with this man
