Simon Cox to join Brighton on Loan from West Brom?
Could Simon Cox be the 3rd player this month to move from one Albion to another?
The always reliable Daily Mirror seems to think so.
Brighton boss Gus Poyet wants to sign West Brom’s Republic of Ireland striker Simon Cox on loan.
Poyet has already raided the Baggies for Joe Mattock and Gonzalo Jara Reyes and is looking to use his relationship with manager Roy Hodgson to strengthen Brighton’s play-off push.
The Uruguayan said: “There is still a possibility we will bring in one when the loan window opens. But it’s got to be someone from the Premier League, if not we won’t.”
This is a rumour we’d love to see come true! Fingers crossed!
