With
construction having been ongoing for around a year and the
first university semester of the academic year over, the
middle of December seemed like as a good a time as any to
head back to Falmer and check out progress on the new stadium.
Needless to say, it has progressed somewhat since our last
voyage, and the site now features what can only be described
as a bloody great crane as well the arch that will support
the roof. On a side note, it was delightful to see the builders
taking great joy in the task at hand, with two smashing
things up while singing "I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles".
