WeAreBrighton.com Fantasy Premier League 2011/12 - Third Quarter Update

We're now entering the business end of the season, where there is all to play for in the Premier League. Arsenal's hopes of a quadruple have in two weeks gone down to one trophy, while just when you thought Ashley Cole couldn't get any lower he decides to take a gun to training and shoot someone.

West Ham are hitting form at the right time, Rwoy Hodsgon looks like he might pull off another escape from relegation with West Brom and King Kenny has proven his royalty at Anfield by turning things around in a way not many people thought possible

There is still all to play for in our Fantasy League as well, with just 100 points separating the top twelve teams. Two new entries in this quarter from Steve Yates and steven gimenez had climbed straight into the top ten to shake things up, while Shire Games Seagulls lead by Nick Fisk have rocketed to the top spot with a climb of seven places over the quarter. Last times leader tom meeres has seen meeres fc drop a place to second, while Singapore&HoveAlbion lead by Graham Tyler make up the final Champions League spot

The other big climbers were Chapmans Chumps, managed by the Albion Moan In's very own Peter Chapman, who also climbed seven places into 8th and the brink of Europa League qualification. Grraaavyy! lead by Alex Lewis were the biggest fallers of the quarter as they dropped 11 places from 6th down to 17th, while nobody in the bottom 15 managed to improve their position owing to a combination of the new entries and the fact that barring a Russell Slade-esque miracle, their seasons are probably over

With it being so tight at the top, you can be guaranteed that there will be plenty of drama along the way as we look to crown the first ever We Are Brighton Fantasy Premier League champion!
