There are plenty of transfer rumours flying around that the player is wanted by Chelsea, Manchester City, and Tottenham who are all looking to sign the left-back after his successful season at Brighton.
The odds are changing on which team will fork out the £45 milion to sign the player and football fans are placing their bets on the transfer with betting sites not on gamstop at wish casinos providing a selection of betting odds on which team are the favourites to sign the player.
Summer transfers
Brighton will be looking to try and keep hold of their starting eleven players after most of them have been targeted by higher clubs than them in the premier league after their players have proven to be world-class footballers.
Brighton is said to be looking for about £45 million to let left-back Cucurella leave the club this summer and Chelsea are currently leading the race to sign him as a replacement for Marcos Alonso who looks set to leave the club and sign for Barcelona.
The club are also looking to try and keep hold of midfielder Bissouma who is also being linked with a move to Chelsea after the club is looking set to lose a few players this window Chelsea is looking to raid Brighton for a few of their star players.
Only time will tell if Brighton allows any of their starting eleven to leave the club or not and it depends if they receive a fee that meets what they are looking for.
Brighton fans are hopeful that Cucurella will stay loyal to them for at least one more season, but the player has been reported to have said in an interview that if a top club put in a bid for him then it would be hard to ignore the challenge of stepping up to a bigger club and to play European football.
Only time will tell if any of the top clubs decide to put a bid in for the highly-rated left-back or not and we can be sure to expect that Chelsea put a bid in for the player after they have been scouting him for quite some time now and they look ready to provide Chilwell with a backup in his position.
We can see why the player has been scouted by many other clubs after he has performed well in one of the hardest leagues in the world.
