A scintillating atmosphere and a first half performance in which they could have been 4-0 up wasn't enough for Brighton and Hove Albion as they drew 1-1 with Sheffield Wednesday in the second leg of the play off semi final, the Owls progressing to Wembley 3-1 on aggregate.
