The WAB Friday Quiz #165
Hands up then, who got 20/20 on last week’s WAB Friday Quiz? A record-breaking number of full houses made us realise that Brighton fans really do know their loan players.
In response, we have decided to try and make this week’s quiz a little harder. It again asks which clubs players joined on loan from the Albion, but over the past 20 years rather than just in the 2021-22 season.
Some of these loans were for players returning from long term injury to gain match fitness, like Michel Kuipers and Craig Mackail-Smith.
Others were individuals who had fallen out of favour, such as Chris O’Grady and Nicky Forster. And some were youngsters heading out for experience, like Steve Alzate or Lewis Dunk and his brief spell with… you know that one, right?
