It was an emotional day as Brighton bade farewell to captain Bruno after seven years with the club whilst it also turned out to be Chris Hughton’s final game in charge as he was controversially sacked within 24 hours of the final whistle.
Manchester City ran out 4-1 winners to secure back-to-back Premier League titles as goals from Sergio Aguero, Aymeric Laporte, Riyad Mahrez and Ilkay Gundogan saw Pep Guardiola’s side recover from going 1-0 down to a Glenn Murray header to retain their crown.
