The Toffees goals coming from a Gaetan Bong own goal and Cenk Tosun and things could have been even worse were it not for a brilliant Maty Ryan penalty save from Wayne Rooney.

First half goals from Lewis Dunk and Glenn Murray gave the Albion their first win against top six opposition this season as they defeated Arsenal 2-1 to heap further pressure on Arsene Wenger. The Gunners goal came from their record signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
