Brighton exited the FA Cup after a disappointing 1-0 defeat at the hands of Championship side Sheffield Wednesday. Both sides made wholesale changes from their last league outings with Graham Potter resting seven players and his opposite number Garry Monk six.
Yet the side that the Albion sent out still should have been good enough to overcome their lower division opponents. Wednesday clearly wanted it more however and got their reward when Adam Reach scored the only goal of te game with a low strike just after the hour mark, giving the Owls a 1-0 win.
A disappointing day at the office for Brighton against Sheffield Wednesday, but there was one small positive with the Amex treated to a stunning sunset as our photos from the game show.
