On a day on which the Amex was battered with 70mph winds and enough rain to have Noah reaching for his toolkit, the Albion eventually managed to overcome a poor Norwich City side thanks to a 2-0 victory.
It was Leandro Trossard’s introduction from the substitutes bench that tipped the game in Brighton’s favour. Within seven minutes of coming on, the little Belgian forward had given Graham Potter’s men the lead.
He then delivered an excellent free kick which fellow replacement Shane Duffy stretched to turn past ex-Albion goalkeeper Tim Krul, making it three consecutive home wins for the Brighton for the first time in the Premier League.
