Albion Photos: Manchester United 3-1 Brighton, 10/11/19

The Albion travelled to the Theatre of Dreams ahead of United in the table for the first ever time but that counted for nothing as Ole Gunnar Solksjaer’s side ran out comfortable 3-1 winners.

Dale Stephens and Davy Propper both scored own goals in what turned out to be a horror first half for Brighton as they went into the break trailing 2-0 after what was easily their worst half of football of the season.

There was a slight improvement after in the second half and Lewis Dunk headed home a Pascal Gross corner to set up what could have been a nervy final 25 minutes for the hosts.

Unfortunately, United went straight up the other end from kick off where Marcus Rashford scored the hosts third, after which only some excellent goalkeeping from Maty Ryan prevented the score becoming too embarrassing.
