It was an historic occasion in north London as Brighton finally won away at one of the Premier League’s big six at the 17th time of asking with a 2-1 win over Arsenal.
Adam Webster had put the Albion ahead just before the half time after some extremely suspect Arsenal defending from a corner.
Alexandre Lacazette levelled things up five minutes before the break and it looked like it would finish level until a superb tactical switch from Graham Potter saw Leandro Trossard and Martin Montoya come on for the final 15 minutes. That resulted in Trossard helping to tee up Neal Maupay for what proved to be the winner.
